I eat right and i stay limber, i stretch in the morning and night to make sure my getty up is ready to go. If your body isnt in shape your nothing is in shape. I will keep it ready tonight and every night
I am active, I exercise at least 3 times a week. I recently just lost 20 pounds which is huge for me. I also changed to a pescatarian diet as well though and I'm more than a year into it. If you know any pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan dishes, I would be down to try anything.

I work out on a daily bases and I eat right on a daily bases. I also try and get the necessary sleep and stretch thoroughly so that my body stays limber. I eat meat once a year around my birthday as a ritual to a good friend of mine.
Before I liked to take classes like yoga and pilates after I ran a little. With gyms closed I spend most of my time hiking! Running on the trails is really beautiful. But my sense of direction is horrible so I pretty much stick to the same trails. I'd love to explore more though.

i keep my body in shape through dancing at parties, taking long walks along the canal with a cup of coffee, and engaging my mind by exploring the beauty of the people and world around me. i am not very athletic outside of that... but i have dabbled in pole dancing and sword fighting, lol.
I play sports such as volleyball and basketball, in which I go to occasional practices to keep myself in shape. I enjoy hiking as well on the weekends to ensure I'm active, and I love adventuring as well.

dancing and gym weekly. i love squats and i do jazz and hip hop dance. ive never been one for exercise but sometimes its good for the soul. ive really changed over the years and continue to change every day.

I like to work out at home with my portable gym. I also enjoy hiking, walks and going on runs by myself. I usually try my best to eat some protein and carbs every meal and eat three times a day. I drink lots of water and stay away from soda.
I work out daily and alternate weights, kettlebells, walking and yoga. In the past I studied various martial arts. . I also enjoy the outdoors with hobbies like gardening, hiking and free diving. I am very into nutrition, self care, and meditation. But I have to admit that sometimes you have got to have a cheeseburger or a pizza with everything on it. And coffee , gin and tonics , and beautful women are my D.O.C's
I cook all of my own meals and the secret ingredient is love! I stretch every morning and love being super flexible. I also believe a healthy mind keeps a healthy body to its fullest potential, so taking care of body, mind and soul is a must!
Usual Work out during weekdays and sometimes intense Yoga exercise.
Running and Biking over weekends is a new thing I have discovered during this pandemic and I am quite happy that I am able to continue except for extreme climatic conditions.

I like to run in nature and take hikes, also walking on the beach, I go to the gym but not very often as I like to exercise in nature more than inside, it is better, in my opinion, to use your own body for exercise.
